Bright Saver accepts returns within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided the Solar Equipment is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact Bright Saver for a return authorization and shipping instructions.
The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Bright Saver is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Bright Saver will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges and applicable restocking fees if the equipment is not returned in its original condition.

WARRANTY POLICY
Bright Saver provides a limited warranty of at least one year covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, weather events, or unauthorized modifications. Some products or components purchased through Bright Saver may carry longer manufacturer warranties.
